Owen's First Birthday

While we were out in Georiga, Charley's one and only nephew turned one! He is so stinkin cute! Here are a few pictures from the party!

Georgia!

Well I though we could go back in time before becoming Charley and Lisa Thorne (I love saying that!) In May we had the chance to go visit Charley's family in Georgia. It was so much fun! His family is really great. I feel lucky to be a part of them and I love being able to get to spend time with them.

His family was so great! They put together a little get together. It was a pre-wedding celebration!

His mom was funny! She thought that the traditional "Bride" and "Groom" hats would be, well, to traditional. So we got to wear monkey ones.Charley's mom and grandma doing somet finishing touches.

Charley's brother said he didn't like the crackers and dip that his Grandma was making... so when we said that we liked them she made sure that we didn't miss out on any! There were plenty to go around!

This is Charley's grandpa... he's lounging! And us opening presents! Thank you everyone for making the party such a memorable one! You guys are so great!!! And we love you!

Oh and I can't quite figure out what I am doing on this blogging thing, but I guess i'll learn :)

So my friend Cate created this blog... and I have not even written once! She is a great fried to do this, but I guess its up to me to do some writing!
Well Charley and I are getting married in just over 30 days! Crazy how times passes. I can't wait. He is my best friend and I love looking at him and thinking "wow, he's going to be my husband." I feel very lucky to be marrying such a great guy that loves me so much!
Now on to wedding planning... sheesh so many cute things and ideas, but not enough room (or money) to incorporate them all.
